A) From reading one of my classmate’s genre analysis papers, I learned that there are several ways in formatting this particular assignment. For instance, my classmate’s paper that I read started off with an introduction of what their topic was about, what they were going to talk about, and wrapped it up nicely with a conclusion. They wrote it like an essay type assignment that flowed very nicely rather then mine which did not have an introduction but rather started off analyzing right away. I had sections of each particular text, and made clear distinctions by having a Part A and Part B. Each of these formats are very different from one another but they both would work very well in addressing the prompt for this assignment.
B) Something that my classmates mentioned to me is to include an introduction before I start off analyzing my topic right away. Another thing that they mentioned is to go into details about my examples and to fix some of the grammatical errors that I had throughout my paper. Overall, they stated that they enjoyed my topic.
C) I agree with the constructive criticism that I received back on my paper, I found their comments very helpful. Without a doubt I will use their feedback when I am writing my second rough draft, I feel that the introduction section clearly flew over my head when writing this paper. However, if I do go more into depth on explaining my examples that I used and fixing the few grammatical errors that I had I believe that next time around my classmates would find it a more interesting and an understandable read all around.
